Potatoes: 13 ounces (about 350 grams)

Preparing the Potatoes:
Start by slicing a small piece off one side of each potato to create a flat surface. Place the flat side down on the cutting board to keep the potato stable.
Slice the potatoes into pieces no thinner than a coin.
Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl of water to remove the starch. Then, drain the potatoes and set them aside.

Cooking:

Stir-fry for another minute, then turn off the heat.
Finally, drizzle 1 teaspoon of sesame oil before serving.
