Just want to say thanks for this video. I just finished replacing my alternator and this is 1 of the videos helped me a lot. It was my first time, took me 1 hour and 45 mins. The mechanic quoted 500 for a new alternator plus 1.5 hours of work which was 200 so total of 700 I ended just buying a part of Facebook for 200 and attempted it.

I bought this for my 2011 E90 and I have 3 issues: 1. The fuel meter changes drastically during a drive, making me unsure of how much fuel is in the car. 2. The Digital cluster shows the wrong side when I open the door for the driver-side and passenger-side doors. i.e. if I open the driver side (right side since I live in the EU) the digital cluster will show the left door is open. 3. My right brake light busted and the digital dash gives me the error that the left brake light is defective. Is there an update to address this issue?
