Where you idle it at 700 Obr/min and then show your hand and boots when you idle it down, to slow idle, with the stop handle do it slowly maybe use 30sec to go from 700 Obr to 300 if the tractor can do that. I hope it, it sounds pretty good. .. I bet you make a really Nice video.. Really farmers do that, shows dirty boots and play with there tractors.

I prommis you it will not hurt the engine.. only if you work hard in gear with a plough on the field at 300 Obr/min.. But tell me how low you have tryed and how many minutes it stays and struggle at idle.. I know you have tryed that. hehe.. If you will made the video for me. Then show your hand on the stop handle when you adjusted it down to the slowest Idle and run it there for some minutes.... Thanks a lot regards J. you can cut of the heat blower and light on the tractor and it will be current enough to start it....

Now you say it sounds very nice below 500 rpm. So I hope you will tell me how many minutes you have had it at very low rpm and how far did you get it down. 300 rpm?

Believe me I worked on a farm a few years ago. I was there for 1 month.. Every day the ursus c385 stood and chugged, with about 300 350 rpm. for about 30 minutes every single day.. It was very worn at the stop/gas handle.. That's why it dropped to about 300 350 rpm.. 3 years later I was visiting the farm. There it stood and did the same and apparently was no longer worn in the engine.. Only the stop handle.. It will probably flash on the charger and generator and battery light.. But the oil pressure is high enough since there is no load in neutral where it stands still in the terrain.. Such an engine has a gear oil pump. it can create pressure all the way down to 150 rpm.. But the engine can't go that slow without stalling... So try it if you like the sound how long have you tried and heard the sound?? and how many rpm did you have it down to?? 300 350??
