Its hard to know 100% but we didn't see anything that indicated "poor" treatment of the animals, they do offer Elephant riding unfortunately but we did not partake.

I'm not an expert on the import and export laws in Bali but as a general rule of thumb its quite difficult to get things delivered into Bali (so much so we don't do it) we tend to use the Indonesian variants like Shopee and Tokopedia If you were to bring in new clothes or new electronics you'll be subjected to pretty hefty taxes like 50-60% thats IF they even make it at all, I've heard stories of it being held up in customs indefinitely

Hello Bree it was Citadines Berawa Beach - Its a little on the noisey side as there is a large night club on the beach side of the building (especially when you're up on the higher levels) also there was a lot of construction when we left so I don't know how quiet it would be now - It was a large reason why we left If you're not attached to the Canngu Area I'd recommend Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua they're a little on the quiter side :-) Any other questions please don't hesitate to let us know, thank you for your viewership :-)

Hey Jo thanks for your comment Our dinner here came to about $250 AUD It was pretty good value for money the steaks range from 50-$200 per 100 grams with the most exclusive steak on the higher end Unfortunately the Kobe was sold out for us :-( Our friend went and was about the same price for them Cocktails $10-20 and sides pretty reasonable too.

Hello!! Thank you so much for your comment and question There is SO much to do with kids here in Canngu it's very central to a lot of things. If you were to stay in Nusa Dua/Ulawatu it's very resort like and a closed gated community there's not a ton of stuff to do down there other than resort things and a few water spots. The only other place worth considering is Sanur, it's very family friendly foot paths much more formed. Good restaurants WAY less traffic and congestion and the beach is nicer. If you do come for a month you could split between Sanur and Canngu keeping in mind Sanur is going to be much more relaxed and Canngu is very busy. Theres probably much more to do in Canngu than there is Sanur or anywhere else, also it's not recommended that you walk anywhere, drivers and Gojek/grab can be very cheap - just allow for extra travel time

I'd make the time to visit Ubud too. They have ATVs In the jungle, monkey Forest and some really nice waterfalls. Down in Kuta Waterbom park is a must visit if your children like adrenaline waterpark activities.
