This brought tears to my eyes. This is accurate, I’m impressed by how well you could tell a story without saying a word. Thank you for sharing this video, will be sending this to loved ones. Love from Texas USA 🇺🇸

For me it's always been a room. Houses, rooms and structures have always been a big theme in my visual thoughts. My inner sanctum therefore would be any kind of secluded room structure, and (i think because of my burnout rn) it is a bedroom or recreational room like a library or art studio. It could even be a glass cabin in a forest, as long as the area would be enclosed and private. Sometimes it is an attic, windowless central room or basement. But always rest-centered, cozy, warm, personal, and most of all completely secluded and private.

Hi Henrik, I just found your channel through Jonna Jinton. Needless to say I am living vicariously through the both of you until I am able to visit Sweden. Some years back it was a very challenging time everyday I suffered with some sort of fear to the point it was unhealthy. Needless to say the further I delved into what triggered me it was essentially the world we live in and the Covid pandemic. That being said God placed his hand out and I grabbed a hold of it, he essentially saved me from myself. I accepted Jesus into my heart and into my life and it has changed me in such a positive way. Fear is of the devil and as long as you have God he will fight for you and take your fears. God is my light when I am faced with darkness only HE knows what you need before you need it! God Bless you and thank you for your videos. 🙏🙏🙏

Wow. So simple, yet so powerful. Yes, I think you captured the essence of anger. I do believe it often starts with hurt, sadness that is painful. And then the anger comes. I felt a heavy sense of sad, as your video began, and then as the blocks were being picked up, I actually grit my teeth. I wanted to say to you "Throw those damn blocks away! Leave that heavy burden, take it off your own shoulders, and be free!" You definitely met the challenge!💯💜

Henrik, what you said resonates with me, and I know others as well. I actually believe though that the most creative among us are not necessarily egocentric, or especially narcissistic. Narcissism is a popular trend these days. If somebody wrongs us, we are quick to use that label. Yes, we definitely live in a time when people might be more caught up in themselves (see selfies etc.), but I don't know that there are really that many true narcissists out there. I hope not. As a writer, I have often put myself at the center of my work; usually it's in a disguise of sorts, but so often I have drawn upon who I am, my own experiences, and so on-that's how we write. That's often how we do art. That can even be how we dance...when I am angry, I don't step lightly on the floor as I was taught in ballet, rather I pound it, like I learned in jazz classes. Truly, as a creator, much of who you are is going to come out, but that does not make you a selfish person, egocentric, or any other negative name you want to put on yourself. It is simply how we create. Artists of any kind are usually their own worst critic, and that's fine. That will help us to hone our skills, and talents, and to give the gift of that to the world. If you're going to doubt anything, doubt your limitations. You are a unique person with much to offer. Be kinder to yourself, as I know you truly deserve it! 💝💖

Beautifully said! 🌟 Creativity is indeed a personal journey, and expressing oneself through art, writing, or dance is a natural and profound way to share who we are with the world.

First, I must say you are so brave and kind to share this with us, we are humans with lots of seemingly contradictory thoughts and feelings, but aren’t we here to solve these apparent conflicts and become better? You are part of this shining light which shares what many of us go through too, that is why I think you are so kind and giving, please keep sharing and don’t disappoint yourself in the contrary, keep the flow going.

Listen, I will give you another perspective, okay... The public gives you the thing you can't give yourself, right, they see you, and they like you. Like you have "achieved" something, right? Last week my spirit guide explained to me how they see me, he said, it's not what you have done, all those years, and how much effort you have put into it, that is of course very nice, but we don't love you because of it. We love you because of you, being you. For your beautiful heart. We never love you because of something. You're part of the whole, part of god/universe, etc. Unconditionally. As a human you live with duality, it is understandable that parts of you don't agree with each other, or feel neglected, while other parts feel good about you. That's what we are trying to reach, to feel complete, and in harmony with all those parts that make up who we are.❤ You don t need to do anything to be loved, you are already loved.

And telling you this, I feel it even deeper, and I'm absolutely grateful for that. That somebody, and more souls just love me, just like that. Now it's our turn, to give this to ourselves.

I call this my inner world! And it's exactly how you describe it! Although I have different types of houses. One cottage in the middle of the woods, in the mountains, something that looks like Sweden. I have a place that looks like Scotland. And sometimes just somewhere. I live most of my life like this, being in both worlds. It's safe indeed. And I can talk to anyone I know that I know/ or do not know but more from the internet for example. But also where I meet and converse with my spirit guides. I have used this my whole life, I can't remember I haven't had a world like this. The problem with it is when there's a need for you to go out in the world as we know it, outside. To create something, to make a move, etc. It's a world I never share with others, only in my inner world where everyone is nice. It is described even centuries ago by people such as the shaman, witches and druids.

Hej Henrik, glad söndag! My inner sanctum is my heart space💚, a green emerald alcove, precious and pure. And I stand tall in the middle, surrounded by fractals of all the beauty of the natural world🌿 But what you explain as your own hut pretty much sounds like a sort of merkabah, this light vessel that we have on an other dimension, that is kind of our Greater light body, that's awsome that you visualise that!! 😃

Hej Henrik, this was such an awesome video, and the expanded version of what I saw very late last night on Instagram, and quite sleepily commented on. I got back from work early tonight, so the chance to check out your video here came. I also love the forest, and being surrounded by trees, ferns, animals, and all. I remember when one of my brothers and I were together deep in the woods. We were both so highly impressed at how we felt such an amazing sense of affinity with all around us. There was a thought that maybe our small, but nonetheless dominant, Native American ancestry was a part of this feeling. But then we could look at our Swedish ancestry as well, because trees are still abundant in Northern Sweden. So yes, being out in Nature is a grounding force to actually make me feel like my spirit can soar! Your ideas were wondrous to hear, and oh, one of the most beautiful things you said was about looking at the night sky. A glorious anthem that I sang many times begins with the words "When I gaze into the night skies, and see the work of your fingers, the moon and stars suspended in space..." I love the glory of the stars, and have always been a moon watcher. I guess for me, the connection to all the creation around me is like a soothing balm. I am a very solitary person much of the time~I can be "bubbly" out and about, but I need a lot of solitude. I believe hiding away from the negativity so prevalent in the world is really important for me too. I am a big encourager, and I guess it needs to start with me encouraging myself, for me to then spread that to others. So yeah, I think being alone and recharging myself, finding that inner light to let it shine forth is what I need to do. Using my creative gifts will make me feel like I am on "Cloud 9" so super important to me as well~music plays one of the most important parts in my life, and as a dancer, dance sets my soul on fire. And a fika, with kaffe, and Svenska pastries, can help keep me happy too! 😄 🥰💖
@sleepwithenrikpodcast4 ай бұрын
Hey there! Thanks so much for this thoughtful comment. It's amazing how nature can connect us to something deeper, isn't it? Whether it's our ancestry or just being human, there's something special about being in the forest. I love how you talked about stargazing. There's nothing quite like looking up at a clear night sky to make you feel small and significant at the same time. It's humbling and inspiring. I totally get what you mean about needing solitude to recharge. It's so important to have that time to yourself, away from all the noise. And using that time to tap into your creativity through music and dance - that's beautiful. Keep nurturing that inner light of yours. The world needs more people spreading encouragement and positivity. And hey, a good fika never hurts either! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Take care!

It makes sense. Mr. Henrik could I offer my niche making food, pickles are my favorite to make it gives a physical value to something that you can hold, or give to those around. Henrik most of us feel lost or fear of something we dont understand but the little things you can control hold them like jars and vegetables its sounds dumb and simple but value is what you choose of it. So henrik if you choose that value is in you than thats the same as someone who has a value in fishing or a hobby the mind is a valuable source of insights.
@sleepwithenrikpodcast4 ай бұрын
Hey there! I really appreciate you sharing that. You know, making pickles might sound simple to some, but I totally get what you're saying. There's something really special about creating something with your own hands, especially when it's food you can share with others. I love how you've found meaning in this process. You're absolutely right - we often feel lost or scared of the unknown, but focusing on these tangible, controllable things can be so grounding. It's not dumb at all - it's actually pretty profound when you think about it.
