Very annoying engine sound. At idle it sounds pop-pop-pop-pop... 😂

As others said to much friction. People overthink getting cg. Where abouts are fine, go slightly nose heavy if in doubt and a bird is balanced in the air. Go inverted at a 45 up line 75% throttle and see what the nose does. Of all warbirds I've flown the p47 is a giant trainer when it comes to landing. Massive wing surface area makes for low wing loading. Just use to thumbs or borrow a buddies and cg that way. Of its monocote you can use some velcro stickies to mark cg, makes for easily finding where you marked it with your thumb and also makes it a bit easier on the film.

I would get rid of the nitrate and use all butyrate. Too many problems if you have to do any repairs.

DA should make a manifold for one carb . I wonder if tuning this eng would be tricky. How would I know each carb is tuned correctly ?

I really like the way to open the hatch. 😮 I am going to steal that idea for my ziroli skyraider build.

Don, I’ve watched multiple alleged “information providers” on KZbin. You are the only one that took the “angle of incident” into account. In other words, you actually provided us with useful and correct information. Thank you.

The wind really takes away from these videos. I found myself skipping ahead because of the noise. Looks great

Not my type of aircraft but beautifully built and finished. Hats off to the pilot that kept a cool head. Multiple engine aircraft like this one can be very stressful to fly and can be lost very quickly. Most spectators have no idea. They see all planes the same. Very well done congratulations

You obviously have no idea about model flying. Before flying a rc model for the first time you have to check the gear.

I think he started the canopy on #26 and he's at #92 and still with it? He could have built a whole Corsair with that time, Lol. I know he did other things in between just making a comment, OCD, beautiful work. Was it ever completed by another modeler,?I know he passed..

AWSOME!!!!!!!! Great engineering!!! Really like how the engine and all its components are on the firewall. And the firewall bolts to the airframe. Makes for easy access completely removable from the airplane.
