I had a verbal reprimand by my manager because two guys that suck up to the owner of the company told him that I "offended" them when I pushed back saying that they told me that the team building activity was mandatory (when in fact they did put in in those terms vaguely) and that I was being "difficult" because I still had an hour to go before the end of my shift and told them that I needed to tell my manager if he could let me go to the team building activity when they in fact told me I needed to take my computer and go with them to stay online until my shift was done. I might as well not go because I was the only team member from my department that went to that team activity, next time I will just say, "sorry I cant make it", but I doubt that they will invite me again, LOL.

There is another factor that influences your verbal fluency and that is your level of fluency in the particular language that you are speaking in. if you are not very fluent in that language, fluency will not be there, the best way to improve in my own experience is through writing, it doesn’t have to be formal writing, it can be through leaving comments etc, you force yourself to come up with words and can take your time with it, instead of coming up with words on the spot when talking to others, this develops that fluency quite effectively

It depends on whether you can only use individual foods, or you can also use foods that have been combined such as sausage roll, bread or chicken curry. I did just individual foods. Also, for the letters I didn't realise you couldn't use pronouns until the end so I wasted time on that thinking of names. I also wasn't sure if plurals were allowed. Every word i thought of i then said the plural too.
