I think i know what he missed out. He needs to learn how to play football in high intesity with high pressure environment. Otherwise he can onl be the best in low level football where players who have a lot less skill but know how to pkay football inhigh intensity or high pressure can go a lot higher. In low level football, defenders are not that good. So it is easy to do whatever you want if you have speed and skills. However, it does not work in high level of football because defenders are monsters and can do anything to stop you and keep there jobs going. You got to respect them. It I s n I t all about you. So , if you jump level do fast, you wont have a chance to developthose skills. You may wonder why it does not work in high level of football. Whats wrong? Why was the kid does not reach the full potential? So, dont jump too quickly. Just focus on developing and fix the weakness and dont stop to develop. I think he still can be a great player if he is doing it right. Showboat is fun but inreal game it is different. Focus it righ.

youth team so very different lvl to senior team some players play very well and score alot of goal in youth team but they can’t play well at senior team , ex like mastour ac milan terminated his contract so fast
