I was on an Amtrak train heading to Altoona and this woman said the staff were treating her horribly, I saw the crew do nothing wrong nor did they say anything. She kept complaining loudly. I really wanted to tell her that one of the rules was to not be a bother to other passengers and that means she was breaking the rules. I was so relieved when I got off that train.

I was at Glenview and on Hiawatha 338, just before the train departed, I heard some rare yet unsettling chime before an announcement that the train would arrive Chicago in 20 minutes. The train had 2 Siemens SC-44 Chargers (4611 & 4620) with a whole set of those Siemens Venture Coaches. I heard it twice. Those were my first times hearing them.

Fun fact: I went to that exact station in the first clip and took a train almost identical to that. These surface stock trains are so much more modern than the typical 1996 stock you see in the tube. Awesome footage, Nate!
