I cannot fathom this is possible without breaking off the tabs. I literally did this on both my mirrors. I could not be more careful. Both of them broke at least one tab.

Thank you Chris. This method is much simpler than taking the mirror out first. I did use a hair dryer to loosen up the pins, heating up the cover. No pins were broken. Super easy. I replaced the crystal white pearl covers on my 2016 GT with the soul red crystal covers for the 2019 GT. Perfect fit.

Is it the same procedure on 2017 MX;5 Club soft top?

This is NOT a video of a Sedan Delivery!! It is a 150 2 dr. Handiman Wagon. Someone has installed panels out of a sedan delivery into after cutting the window post off. I know because I used to have one of each kind of vehicles. The sedan delivery has 2 torsion bars in the rear roof section so the the back door hinges open at the TOP and NOT AT THE BOTTOM (clam shell) as shown on this video. Great looking car albeit it is NOT a Sedan Delivery.

Those little dragon fly looking things are positively in my blood. The house I grew up in is just south of an airport called Paine Field and as a child, I watched what I believe to be the 256th Engineers come and go in those all day. The distinct sound of that engine and the whine of that coolin fan brings it all back. Shame no one flies them around here anymore.
