A feature I don't hear anyone talking about is how you can actually record the levels of the mixer as parameters by pressing record play and encoders. As you mentioned, is kind of hard to make certain types of variations on our songs thru sequencers but when I learned about this specific feature the other day, I immediately knew I can make interesting intros or level the instruments out without necessarily muting my tracks.

I love your videos. You really show the potential in these modules more than anyone I know! I'm curious if all the Distings have gradually accumulated all the functionality of the previous modules. Is it really worth the extra cost to get a NT or EX versus the Mk4? There is so much in the Mk4! I really want to get one, just not sure which.

stop talking! horror. Feel so important that you can never ever shut your mouth. Noone knows what you mean. just words trying to descrobe you own expirience and impression. worthless to any other human being,. So why just let the synth speak for itself. bla bla bla bla bla. one palette bla bla bla

9:05 The Sequentix Cirklon has this phasing feature and they actually call the feature "REICH" on the display. It separates down to 48 pules per quarter note (ppqn) and the result can be sublime; from almost undetectable and increasing each cycle, becoming more and more rhythmic.

I'd kind of want a stand alone keyboard like this. With 5-10 stages and perhaps a matrix mixer or patch matrix kind of like on Arturia's stuff. Maybe Disting NT in a NiftyKEYZ gets me close.

When people say, “x” can run spin chip fx, I wonder how to actually get the algorithms from those modules like fx aid and timiszoara. It’s not like the manufacturers just make them freely available to download no?
@SouthpawShortsАй бұрын
I don't know if you can grab the specific FX from those modules but there are hundreds and hundreds of FV-1 algorithms available freely online. People are already starting to collate some over on the Expert Sleepers Discord

Just cruising by to say how delightful the staff at Signal is. Always on top of their game and extremely patient. They've helped me get some hard to find items imported over to the States in record time and in the rare instance I had any issues with modules, they went out of their way to make sure I was ok. Luke especially. Happy New Year Signal!!!!!
