Ya fir jitne ka appartments bikega builders ka aage, uske hisaab se set Kiya jata hai? Na builder zameen ke paise market ke hisaab se dete. Na builder aage buyers ko saste ghar dete. Ab bas karo aisi galat videos banana. End users need ghar lene band kar diye hain to apna hisaab leke aa gaye ho. Market girti achhi nai lagegi kyunki ab black marketing game sab samajh chuke hain. Ram Chandra keh gaye Siya se, Aisa kalyug aayega, Hans (padhe likhe log) chugega daana tinka, kaua ( less educated property dealers and investors) moti khayega. Kalyug aaya tha 2 saal ke liye, ab finish.

Builder ke alawa sarkar ko bhi kostey to shayad aapki pratikiriya zyada aachi lagti - Government 5% GST, stamp duty 5-6% , registrar fees 90000 tak extra charge karti hain. Aagey se ye bhi apni pratikriya mein jod lijiye. Baaki kaun naya hai ya purana ya frustrated usse kisi ko farq nahi padne wala, kewal samay se liya gaya uchit faisla sahi or galat ko paribhashit karta hain

delhi alwar RRTS is not needed...delhi-karnal RRTS is needed.. People from entire north india have to travel through highway to reach delhi.whereas ggn people already has metro to reach delhi. i think govt must stop spending money in ggn now and let pvt investors to invest in ggn.

We are not paying for development of ggn alone, we are paying taxes to make our city better than ggn. Initially govt made rrts to meerut which was actually not required because nobody is doing up down from meerut to do IT jobs in ncr.but max people doing IT jobs in ncr are from haryana,punjab,himachal,uttrakhand and they are travelling just by roads. Now its high time to develop infra for these people and their cities. Govt must forget about ggn and noida.
