Reserve price is 70 crore per acre , you may calculate at what price anyone can get land assuming 50% of per acre is saleable area I e 2500 sq yard against 70 crore

@@memyself349 residential project may come at later phase as per my knowledge because Government has intention to generate jobs in priority in phase 1 ,& 2 . Moreover if we calculate land cost 70 crore per acre cost having 6 FAR, it will cost Rs 28500 per sq ft to bidder + construction cost + inflation cost + profit which indirectly indicates 45000 per sq ft ( therefore Government is looking for International players having capability to construct megastructure at there own cost and they either operate it on lease or sell it to big tycoons
