A good step in the right direction. Each crankshaft adds a set amount of resistance to the engine. As others have commented here, no they don't add torque. Like I commented on an older video of yours for the CVT creation (fantastic work on that btw, I couldn't get nearly as far as you did) I'm working on building a Dyno room to do a bunch of testing and lay everything out for everyone with all of my theories and what I've already confirmed a few years ago before the space update.

Tried copying what you did here and it works as long as I don't send a lot of torque through the transmission. It begins to oscillate and gets much more violent with more torque I apply. I tried joining your discord but the link provided in your description states the invite has expired. And I'm guessing you've moved onto other things since a couple years ago I did the same with this game but have started looking into it again wanting to build an engine dyno to do a bunch of stress testing of engine designs to sort out what I believe are a lot of misconceptions about how things work or what is best.

When you added the delta and it just worked, sounded exactly like I did when I was successful with my 1x3 MC that is my EFI controller. I'm terrible at programming so I can't do anything with LUA so I've been trying to reverse engineer your larger CVT controller into basic logic unsuccessfully. But I'm going to try it with this as well. I'll comment here if I ever get it to work.

Made I microcontroller that keeps the auto cannon 2 tics away from fireing just using the button input, might upload it since its way better than anything similar i found on the workshop

Btw, to get a trim which changes depending on flight, you can add a turn sensor and use it to correct the slight turn, I will add more info tomorrow when I’m at my laptop 😂

@@Oliver-l9q do you mean the helicopter moving when you aren’t putting inputs in? I just installed a gps position holder from the workshop and set it to a button so when I want it to stay perfectly still I press the button and it stops strafing

@toasterhavingabath6980 I brought the dlc when i brought Stormworks. I just closed the game and opened it later and that seemed to fix it.

tutorial suggestion : rocket stabilization piston engine automatic life support (pressure&oxygen). Personaly i forbid me to use a mc, its a different approach, its more visual, what do you think of that ?

Put a pressure gauge on there and watch it as you pump fuel out/use fuel for your engine and if rpms drop way too low and stalls with fuel still left then maybe but idk for sure
