Always a little sad seeing sub-100 damage players on the end screen. Always frustrating when it's me lol

Looking at the score board on the first match, I see something I've seen before but will never understand: A Zeus does no damage, but gets 4 assists and 45 match score. How does that happen? Also, I love the clips from Emperor's New Groove and Muppets.

Terrain was not your friend! PGI and the hit box terrain formula is questionable. Esp on Grim and Torm.

I love brawling with this mech as well. You can run 3 Snubs + an LBx10 (LBx10 on inner sphere saves 1 ton and takes 1 less slot). XL is a must as well, you need to be fast if you're brawling. You can fire all at once at optimal range, but sometimes I fire snubs first if I see they still have armor left, then try to crit fish with the LBx10.

3x heavy ppc is imo the only good build on this mech.

I do not have or play this mech. if you like insane quirks, check out the Uziel battlemech hero Belial. its mrm speed boost is 260%.

I use three heavy ppcs for mine. Probably the only mech I'd *ever* use heavy ppcs on.

ERPPC velocity is ludicrous. And that's BEFORE the quirks. I like doing this in a Highlander 733P as well. Same velocity quirks, mount up 4 ERPPC, fire them 2x2, armor and jump juice for days.

**Misses 60% of his 30 damage shots** This right here is why I am not a fan of PPCs. Autocannons? Sure gimee. PPCs? Hard pass. Fire too slow, with too much heat. I will happily miss a few AC shots, because each individual shot means little, as even an AC10 will fire again in about a second, plus they generate almost no heat, which means I dont need no pesky heatsinks to take up space better suited to endo-steel which allows me to carry more ammo which I will never use (usually because of death by ammo explosion!~) I just do not understand everyone's fascination with PPCs. Just not enough damage per ton with having such a slow fire rate. I havent looked at my actual weapon stats in a hot minute. But a 40% PPFLD hit rate would be what I'd expect. Lasers tho... I'd expect 70% or higher, which means they will do more damage overall with much less weight.

try the ECM stalker with tbolt missles and light ppc's. sneaker suppresion.

The Binary lasers really should show two beams...since the whole point of them was to squish 2 large lasers into the one housing.

instead of the pulse lasers i would have taken a MRM 20 (as pseudo 4th binary cannon :P )

I have been known to drop revenge arty when I'm in a light mech and I accidentally find half the enemy team, with no chance to survive my mistake... It's part of the game. The problem is when you drop an arty and a teammate deliberately walks into the smoke...

Yeah I got team kill the other day. I went to alpha an enemy mech and one of the lights ran RIGHT through my shot. Took half of the damage I was dumping into the other mech AND leaving me open for a reprisal shot from him while my weapons cycled and another mech got the kill. I was PISSED. They penalized me for the other player's stupidity AND delayed my entrance into the next game.

i've kept a hag 30 x2, 2x LPL, 4 erml build on my DS since hags came out. even through the heat nerf. currently, it still lets you alpha it. if dps is what you want, you can spam LPL and hags

Oh! Finally! A Stalker match. Was wondering when they'd get back from assisting on those Steiner scouting missions.

If anyone is watching this in 2025, you can do a similar loadout on the CTF-2X, with more DPS (although the heat is less, it has less dissipation, too).

if i read the quirks right, the 4N could run 6 standard large and alpha with them ... granted you could as well just do 3 binaries, matter of preference i suppose edit: could very well be i posted this in an older video already, in that case sry :P

This setup clearly works for you, but I would swap the MRMs to the other side so if you get halved you're not losing the large lasers and missiles at the same time. Also ties the extra heat sinks to the health of the large lasers instead of the mediums. As you have it does give you a stronger right side peak of course.

Hey man, how do you change the radio comms for when players spot enemies? Is it tied to the "betty" option in the menu?
