OMGosh I **LOVE** this song! Thanks for posting! I have horrid feet problems, always wished I could have visited Charlie Dunn, maybe I could have walked without pain if I'd seen Charlie.

Neil Diamond was my favorite singer when I was in high school in the late 60's. My mom soon became converted over Tom Jones!

I have been a fan of Neil's since I was a kid, reading alone in my room. I was listening to a transistor radio, and heard the words, " Young child with dreams" from Shilo, been a fan ever since.

Probably first heard Cherry, Cherry circa 1970. I was only an 8 y.o. boy at that time, but I remember being mesmerized by the groove and vibe. Some fifty two years later, have loved Neil Diamond ever since! 😁

I love this song, I love the boots Charlie made for me and I love the autographed photo of he and Carol King that he gave me. Jerry Jeff was right, " Once you wear a pair of his handmade boots, you'll never wear a store bought pair". Meetin Charlie and talking to him was a thrill.

I absolutely love this song !!! Great feel, Great Vibe ! 1966 What an explosive year for the development of Rock & Roll and IT's amazing that Neil was right there with his fantastic contributions to the Era !! This song still sounds great at my live gigs. (pre Covid) .. and it works well on the Cruise Ship gigs as well. My Students love to learn and play this song. If you need it transposed into a different key to make it easier to sing, i can help you with that as well. Gotta Love the Classics. ;-) Thanks for posting this video. ;-)
