This video consists of several different trips! We've never stayed in the park. We have stayed at the Cedar Lodge in El Portal and the High Sierra RV & Mobile Park in Oakhurst.

Which camera do you use for Vlogging, Night footages can be more clear, check the settings in your camera to improve night recording, or you can use a camera better for night vision, btw nice video❤

@@aprilandvikas Thanks for the info. Every lake up there has a beauty all it's own. I've gone backpacking 3 different times into the Sierra's of California. It was VERY strenuous but very beautiful. I saw lakes with the same beauty as this one. Very beautiful but you better be in some kind of good shape to not get worn down.

@CosmoKramer-ds1qn That's awesome! We haven't been backpacking in the Sierras yet but it's very high on our bucket list!

Better to glissade down besides the trail. Makes it harder for others climbing up later otherwise.

Amazing video and great job guys!! My brother and I attempted same time last year but turned back as the “chute” was getting slushy ! We started lil after midnight.. So you guys just had on trail runners and ice ace axe ?
@aprilandvikas8 ай бұрын
Thank you!! We saw a few people turn around on the chute because it was getting too slushy. Hopefully you'll make it next time! We both wore hiking boots and used microspikes and ice axes.
