Yes,without doubt we learn from those around us what our gender rules are. We are not just one thing, but we are a conglomerate of many things

About the cleaning, I live around some awful people and I go out and pick up trash in this neighborhood and I’ll come back the next day and it’ll be just as much trash. In spite of that I was taught if a job is worth doing it’s worth doing right I call it humble work. Mind you I don’t get paid to do it. But I feel that the work separates me from other people who live around here.God I really need to move.🗑️

This movie sucked. I will say that I cannot believe these Leftists made a movie where a black guy is the ultimate "sexist" in the movie, though.

I loved this movie till you told me the lead should've been Asian rather than some Jewish chick. Thanks 0/10

Is it as interesting as all that? I'm not sure it is. Doesn't it simply show that killing people feels good? A dark truth, maybe. But not a new one.

At some point in the middle if the video I was wondering if you where trying to say being poor ans trying to change your life to make things easier was an evil act😅 idk if I was wrong but that's what I got from 21:00 to 22:00

"It makes me wonder what kind of fears are rotting at the at the core of all the smiles and rituals in MY life. How is my culture exploiting my loneliness? How is my culture kind to me? How does my culture stress me out? What does it want me to worship and what kind difficult questions does it want me to ignore?" Woah, that hits hard... Great difficult questions, masterwork analysis! Bravo!

This movie was gold! It was actually refreshing to see great actors doing a zombie movie with 70s comedy. Personally, i think Romero would have been a number 1 fan of this movie.

You said CIY and it’s like I was a sleeper agent. I went in 2012 I think? Not only did I go up on the last day, I also signed up for information to BECOME A YOUTH PASTOR. That didn’t end up happening, but I think about that week often. It definitely seems cult-ish looking back.

I can’t stand when say God is taking control is freaking creepy! Your eyes glaze over and it doesn’t sound like you saying those words. Like leftover brainwashing.

Yeah because movie analysis is supposed to be just an overview of the plot and a general statement of what emotion was felt. Art definitely doesn't exist to carry a message about the real world it's all always just escapism

Wait are all those comments real? They know that the director said himself, that is supposed to be the true horror of the movie. She smiles and it's wrong for her to smile. Just cus your going through trauma and someone else is kinda being a dick doesn't mean you are ever aloud to murder them that makes you a hmm let me think A Sociopath aka if you think she is right your the same type of sick in the head.

I dont know man. When i watched this movie none of this stuff worked on me. Im a Christian tho, so i suppose the bleakness and isolation aren't attractive to me. This also enforces the notion that loving others is more important than being loved.

I agree with most of the things said here, but people with facial deformities shouldn't be scary or used to be indicative of something unsettling. Maybe you should unpack that one.

This whole review of The Green Knight basically demonstrates that the reviewer has no idea what the story is about, but that's not stopping him from reviewing it, because hey! it's his opinion and so it must be right. And I mean, who says Essel is a prostitute? Male projection.

Yes, the Harga are a cult, but Christian and his friends are not good people. Literally every word out of Mark's mouth is mean-spirited, ignorant or offensive. They are the worst sort for people for her to be around. So what's best for Dani? btw, the Harga were NOT going to kill Dani, that's a bad misreading of the film.
