Yes, in order to use these apps like KZbin, Netflix etc, you have to connect the device with internet, either via connecting to your mobile hotspot or inserting a sim card in the device

Try to remove some of the unused BT connections on your iPhone and then restart the mobile, then try connecting to carplay again. If it still doesnt work then reset the AI Box and try again

Just got the W901 Plus yesterday. Big issue is that when I connect to Apple Carplay, the display works and I can control the apps but all audio comes through the iPhone. I have tried using different audio outputs etc, nothing works. The volume can also be controlled on the phone which is not possible when using carplay in normal circumstances. Disappointed and no help from the manufacturer at all. Also the CD mount is far too flimsy to support such a big unit, it also stands too far out from the dash... it just flops around.

I have not tested it, but I guess it shoud be available as it is the same model. A few features are specific to some models, like the USB camera recording function is not available in all ID.4s

I see your vehicle had Apple Car Play installed as part of the make and model of your car. I have a Toyota also with Apple Car Play but I have an Android phone. Can I use this device on my Toyota with my Android phone even if the car itself doesn't have Android Auto? I assume I do this by selecting Android Auto during setup correct? Thank you for the review.

Yes, you can. This adapter gives you both options, CarPlay or Android Auto, but you cant have both connect at the same time. At a given time, you can either use iPhone CarPlay or Android Auto

Yes, with dual BT, you can get the Android Auto audio connected to your car stereo system. For reverse camera, it is automatic, so as soon you out the gear in reverse, the screen will automatically show the rear view
