That’s being helpful. Some of the most evil horrible people have been helpful to some. Good is a truth of character and knowing that you see yourself in others and behaving as though we are all one. Not doing anything that you wouldn’t want someone to do to you. It’s having emotional empathy and acting on that feeling.

The biggest downfall of mental illness treatment was to add mental health into treatment. Now it’s nearly impossible to receive treatment because places have more demand than staff. This has also caused bad treatment plans because the model of treatment is structured to mental health instead of mental illness.
