I love whole grain breads, but they mustn't make an appearance on my table anymore. I like the look of the darker rolls, maybe they will fool me into thinking that Ive got whole grain rolls for lunch.

Looks tasty, but wouldn't use seed oil, but lard or tallow.

Just a tip for fellow KDTers in the US- here we usually call celeriac "celery root," and courgettes are called "zucchini." Thanks for the recipes, Matthew's Friends!

Why not zero the scales after you put the bowl on to make life easier, then you don’t need to deduct the 81. Lovely recipe though, thank you for your time.Much appreciated 🌟🙋🏻♀️👍🏻

One of my favorite vloggers made chips out of swedes the other day. I don't remember how she seasoned them, but she said they were a big hit. They're higher in carbs than white turnips, but they're also milder, and they're a better choice than potatoes. I can't usually find them near where I live, but I'd love to try them.

I tried making these rolls for the first time and I went wrong somewhere as the dough was way too sloppy and definitely not like Mo's. It doesn't say what size eggs to use (I used large) I ended up having to cut down on the water so I know I'd gone wrong somehow. Can anyone help?

I suggest arrowroot instead of corn flour. Grains can raise blood sugar and some people are sensitive; so I suggest arrrowroot instead.

Thank you for the work you're doing to educate the world on the benefits of a ketogenic lifestyle. I didn't know I was poisoning my brain and body with excessive amounts of poor quality carbohydrates. I think I'm finally ready to take control of the things I put in my body.
