By far our most popular recipe has been Mo's Keto Bread Rolls that has been viewed over 100,000 times and replicated all over the world! These rolls are incredibly popular but a few people have had some trouble with the colour of their bread. In this recap film Mo goes through the recipe step by step once again and discusses why some peoples bread can look a purple colour and how you can avoid that.

These are a favorite, so awesome Sometimes I add an eighth tsp each of cream of tartar & baking soda mixed into the dry ingredients. It makes it rise like crazy but i dont know how that effects it on a dietary level. Your recipes and others helped me beat diabetes after 18 yrs (10 on insulin). I can't thank you enough ❤

I love whole grain breads, but they mustn't make an appearance on my table anymore. I like the look of the darker rolls, maybe they will fool me into thinking that Ive got whole grain rolls for lunch.
