That was stock with slip on exhaust.. It's quite a bit quicker now with Barnett clutch and cable,indian intake,flash tune,tires.. have run 11.68 @ 112.8 quarter mile.Its quick for what it is😁

Yes a big part of the bike is polaris, who made victory but: The engine is still made in the usa, how much % of a harley is still made in the usa? 😅 Yup almost nothing (mostly made in india,brasil, mexico, china and thailand). So imo the Indian is more indian/american than any other motorcycle brand. So HD is not a true HD anymore either, its "made in china".

This was stock with slip ons.. I drag race it and have done 11.68 @112.6 mph now. 1.65 60 ft. It's no liter bike but for a cruiser it's definitely fast.If you zoom in the video I actually hit about 110.

You don't have to remove the spring. If you do,you will get 100% open throttle..the spring bunches up a little keeping the throttle from opening completely.

@@Hesham2008A how did you adjust the cable? Make sure the throttle lever is towards the front of the bike before titening the nut on the cable. If you titened the cable with the lever towards the back of the bike it would be wide open as soon as you started the motor.

Thank you so much, finally a fucking video which shows me the beam... Glad I bought the headlight just now. Riding in the winter, especially with the stock light, is a disaster waiting to happen. Because I couldn't see with the shitty stock halogens, I actually hit the shifter rod againt the curb and had to limp it in 1st to a safehouse. Upgrade your headlights folks.

I have one and I was checking things out pulled the carb there's about a 20mm intake port with a 15mm carb butter fly I'd like to try a 19mm carb but that could be a touch to big

No..that spring ensures 100% that the throttle will snap back from the manufacturer..by removing it you take away that safety but I've been running it for this long now and never an issue with it snapping back.just be sure it's pulled tight when you tighten the screw back after removing the spring and check the throttle.

That's not possible...did you bend the tab? Did you remove the correct screw?. I didn't remove the screw just bent the tab out of the way.

The spring is what makes the throttle cable retract, without it, the throttle cable will just kinda get stuck and not retract, it has nothing to do with the govenor

Not completely true...while it doesn't effect the governor it does allow the last little bit of the throttle to open 100% to get every bit of speed..and I have never had the throttle stick ooen..and you can just roll the throttle closed.

@@kencolle1 what you did isn't that bypassing the governor, so isn't it originally able to go that fast but they put that screw there to keep the speed under control so it don't go to fast

I'm thinking of getting a different Coleman mini bike, one that has the 200cc engine. If I remove the throttle spring will the throttle still go back to idle position? Or will it stick to full throttle?

Depends on how aggressive I ride..but,usually around 120-130 before the low fuel light goes on. There have been times when I dont get to 100 miles😂

Nah I’m a Harley boy. I don’t bully other types of riders or their machines. My buddy recently got an Indian Scout and I liked the bike before I rode it but loved it after. It absolutely kicks my Softail Slims ass in a straight line 😂 Freakishly powerful in the high rev range especially compared to my 5500 rpm max on my hog.

@@Mr_Zimm HDs are slower than most sport bikes but they're 100% not slow. Anymore. I'm not a fan of HDs but even the 800-1100 pound touring bikes regularly get to 60mph in the 4 second range. No top end but they're typically much quicker than expected.

I believe,bone stock,it is between 125-128 mph limited..You can get a tuner and remove restrictions and then Ive heard 145moh or so.
