Hi Andrei. Great videos and very helpful. What if a company trademarked one specific product on their website, but they have a completely different business and domain name and I obtained the business name with that trademarked name, but added another word, would I be infringing on their trademark? I have a question. My brand was trademark back in 2022. I’ve noticed that another brand has been trademark also but they are DEFINITELY infringing on my existing brand. Please help me to stop them. The USPTO says they’re not infringing though.

My guess is, the only reason USPTO would say an identical brand is not infringing is because it is for unrelated goods and services. If it is indeed so, they are right, because a trademark doesn't give you a monopoly over the brand for everything under the sun. If you believe the goods and services are close enough, you may need to get attorneys involved in fighting this on your behalf.

Assuming the skin care business has not trademarked their brand in Class 025 (apparel), it is more likely than not that you will be able to get your trademark approved for underwear.

I grew up listening to their music so this is so sad to see. These guys have been in business for 30 years so I’m sure they have joint LLC/corps. They could’ve filed the trademark under one of them to avoid this right? That response from Pharrell’s lawyers sounds very fishy.
