Sazerac is under fire because of their non-alcoholic Fireball Cinnamon drink. Recently, a group of people filed a lawsuit claiming that the packaging was misleading people into thinking it had whiskey when in fact, it had none.

Unrelated but. What happens if I file my trademark in Canada, it takes forever to go through, so in the meantime I leave the country for good and live in another country?

Your trademark (hopefully) eventually matures to registration and you'll still own it. What exactly is your question?

@@trademarkfactory Oh yeah...still paying attention. Still building out my following, for what I've got planned. I've now got a social reach of about 65million. In over100 countries. Thru a world wide social media influencer network. I'm even connected into the EU now, and the UN. Miss Universes, and Miss World, some Royal Famies...etc...etc. And I haven't even started building out my US Network yet. Like Bronson said...."You're not building a company....your building a social movent." Yep.... Sooo...patience!! Everyone rushes to build a product. Without having a following. I'm building my social reach first. And as I build it....the bigger the social reach you build....the faster it builds itself. My goal is to reach 200-400million people. And at that level....the rest of the world fills in fast. I am also built a network into TV. I have a TV consult who told me. With what I know and can offer people, to improve their life's. She can get me on a circuit. Of every talk show around the world. My Facebook consultamt stated...that what I know about cancer alone.
