i want so badly to have a life like this, where i can live on a farm in the middle of nowhere with flowers and plants and ducks and sheep. id have a dog or two, bernese mountain dogs preferably. maybe if get one or those curly-haired cats or a ferret. in the mornings i’d drink tea on my porch with my dogs while i watch the sunrise, have a picnic for lunch, maybe do some gardening? i’d live with my boyfriend or girlfriend or whatever i decide. we’d watch movies together and kayak and dance when it’s too cloudy to do anything else. i’d set a hammock up and read a good book at sunset. i’d only have a little house, one with a loft that me and my partners bed would rest on. i’d make sure to have a pond and a little camper for those weeks where all i want to do is go for a road trip. i’d have one of those old record players and listen to my favorite songs while i cook and bake and nap on the couch. i’d go on hikes, and enjoy the views. and after all that, id set up a tent and sleep under the stars, with my pets and my future lover.
