Good video Anant and Family. I shifted from US to Bangalore just now in June. I got a job with a startup. They will start office in Electronic City in a few months. Eventually I will shift to Electronic City, for right now staying with my cousin in Domlur. Again, thanks for the video. Wish you success!

All rentals are double the mentioned in this video . the 3 bhk in good society is 32 K and 2 bhk is 30 k all areas other than neeladri road are bakwas.

overall the information is genuine and correct , but your information on electricity bills in Bangalore is some thing not to be agree on , I mean 400 is fixed bill for a 4kw connection which is usually we will find a 2-3bhk gated community house ,, I used to live there during oct 2021 to January 2024 and I used to pay bills in the range of 1400-1900 over the period I mentioned.. I was in Godrej E city in this tenure

Infosys pays 25 thousand rupees per month to an engineer for 70 hours per week work. Bhai !! Security guards get better salaries than that. Kutto ki maut maroge Infosys mein. Aur Infosys death certificate ka cost bhi reimburse nahi karega. Do not be fooled by those buildings. They are eating 99 dollars as commission from client money and paying you 1 dollar per hour salary. Even from 25 thousand rupees, they will take away money towards sudha murthy charity by force. Call your end client in USA, UK and ask them how you can work for them directly without middleman like Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra. Poora paisa tum ko mil jayega. Dodda thoguru with 8 thousand rent is a SLUM for god sake. Minimum standards for any engineer has to be a gated hygienic community which comes with a price tag of 25 thousand rupee per month for 2 BHK. Example - SJR Equinox Opp Velankani Tech Park.

Your understanding is a bit skewed. Yes, majority of indirect taxes go to the central government, but the state government also has its own sources like SGST, VAT, State Excise Duty, Sales tax, etc and it is the state government which is accountable for local infrastructure like roads. Criticizing poor road conditions doesn't negate our appreciation for the opportunities Bangalore provides. It's not about blaming; it's about holding local authorities responsible for their duties. Let's be clear on where responsibility lies. "FACTS MATTER"

karnataka charges alot of tax cause when the karnataka goverment give 1 rupee tax to central govt it recives 47 paise back from central govt while nothern states like up get 1 rupee 47 paise back
