Locals wish that all of the influx moves out so that it goes back to become the beautiful city and calm city it used to be till 2000. Garbage has increased because of influx. Mumbai and Kolkata are suffering due to same issue of excess influx. Bengaluru needs to be saved. Government should develop small towns of India in all states for companies to come and do business.

Yes, majority of indirect taxes go to the central government, but the state government also has its own sources like SGST, VAT, State Excise Duty, Sales tax, etc and it is the state government which is accountable for local infrastructure like roads. Criticizing poor road conditions doesn't negate our appreciation for the opportunities Bangalore provides. It's not about blaming; it's about holding local authorities responsible for their duties.
