I wash my hair with marseille soap cheaply from a Turkish store. No balsam, no chemcials and when dry it is better than before.

I think flax seeds are part of the linseed family and Linseeds are strippers they strip paint. Check out that info.

I recommend the company Tree to Tub, their products are entirely based on soap nuts.

Biggest mistake: If your hairs are dry , mix it with milk cause water will definitely dry out your hairs.. If you have combination oily scalp dry hairs add yougurt in it , some drops of any nourishing oil also. If you have oiliy hairs add some apple cider vinegar in it and yougurt... You did it so wrong 🤦we have to put it on dry hairs . So, it is easy for flour to absorb dirt dust, oils , leave it until it's completely dry than wash it off. Blow dry your hairs and comb upside down the residue will fall off .

You are so sweet and beautiful. This video is very helpful. Thank you very much. I wonder if this method increases or decreases hair loss.

Soap nuts are natural cleansers use them to wash hair whenever you want to wash.,that's more easier than trying to make all kinds of experimental solutions.

I was wondering if you can put it into a spray bottle and give hair a good soaking. Then get into the shower after that. Just my health is mega bad and have horrible coconut issue. This is the first time I’ve ever found a shampoo that has no coconut derivatives in it. So right now, you are my best friend ever! 💜

I'm From India...I took head bath yesterday with soapnut. Soaked the soapnut with hot water. After some times ground it in a mixer jar. It waa like creamy consistency. Applied as shampoo and rinsed my hair. It removed the dirt and oil. Left over i used for body too.

Yes...competency goes out the window when there's an audience...when you're young 😂...as you age, competency remains no matter audience or not. Thanks for your lighthearted method of sharing. Until i found your channel, for some reasons, DIY'ers seems so somber. Keep up the great work and comical realistic sharing, spills and all!

You might try a squeeze bottle or spray bottle for the application. I've seen that on other channels and it works well. You can decant to a different bottle for your shower application, and leave the rest in the fridge.

Why are you using hair spray and other materials and still avoiding shampoo. It didn’t make any difference to new. It’s all waste of time of watching the videos

My hair is really dry as well as my scalp, it always has been super dry i can go really long time without any kind of washing without it being oily at all no one would ever even notice. I've even had people tell me it looks really good when it hadn't been washed in awhile. I'm thinking that it's been the shampoo drying out my hair and wanting to go to no poo method how often should someone with dry hair/scalp do the bs/avc wash?

Took me few years to fully transition to week-2 weeks no washing. Oil will regulate itself just give it time. Start with 2-3 days then 5 days then 7 and so on. But over months. I had greasy hair daily until i stopped washing it. My hair now 7 years in doesnt get greasy at all and i only wash to ckean scalp and because I have psoriasis and have to tend my scalp in different seasons but never doing that or washing within less than 7 days usually longer. If yall want to go longer or without shampoo go slowly to let your scalp slowly regulate itself. Scarves and hats too. I cover fullyime and it helps keep my hair clean and protected too. If you want more out of each wash then cover your hair when out, cleaning, bedtime
