The airbag cover is from a trailblazer or envoy and I had the emblem made to fit in place of the Chevy emblem

Ok video I been researching this for when I have to change my bulbs and adjust the needles so far there’s not many good videos explaining this well. Will try your method when I do my cluster repair.

After replacing the bulbs in my instrument panel,I have been watching video after video, trying to get the needles to sit properly. I've had no luck, until I happened to come across your video. What you showed finally worked. Thank you for taking the time to post it.

How did you get the other needles set? All mines are a little off now after repair?

You are technically correct, but I would not force to move that needle the way you did. I remove them using fork and then just lighly insert it, and once you get to the right point push it in.

Have you tried removing the blue paint that the cluster has behind the numbers ?

How can you fix the others gas,oil,temp,rpms ??

Same way! When power is applied to the cluster they should recalibrate at 0! All of them! Remember NO ignition!

Its a 4/6 drop. Exhaust is 3.5" hooker aerochamber muffler.
