you mentioned not liking fondant icing, so if you decide to make something that requires a similar texture again, might I suggest modeling chocolate? I've personally never used it, but a different youtuber I watch (Sideserf Cake Studio) makes hyperrealistic cakes and pretty much always uses modeling chocolate for the details. According to her it's basically edible clay. As for my favorite... I'm just a sucker for cake, so that's what I'm picking ^^' I'm not the biggest fan of pumpkin and texture-wise I tend to prefer softer, bread-like textures over hard, crumbly cookies

The dandelion soup looked a lot like something i call "caldo verde" or something like "Green Broth" that, it is actually just a potato and Kale soup with bacon and calabresa sausage, it was a childhood meal that i just absolutely loved...
