What to do if it’s stripped?

It shows you replaced the compressor reel but as you put it back together at the end of video you still had old dirty turbine in , so I’m confused with how confused you where in rebuilding and explaining this video

Have a serious question hopefully you see this but I’m wondering if you’ve done an LML turbo rebuild kit. Bought it and pulled my turbo out. Was a giant pain in the ass. The turbine seemed too big for the exhaust housing so I was forced to put the stock one back in because I didn’t want to damage the kb diesel turbine. If it has worked for you lmk and I’ll try it again

How difficult is it to swap to a short bed?

Will this rebuild kit fix issue of otherwise good mechanically functioning turbo sending oil into the hot side pipe? PCV reroute already done years ago so it is coming from turbo.

Hey man I’ve got an LLY and I’m having trouble with the up pipe bolts being all rusted and seized up. I’ve already broken off 2 bolts and I was wondering if you had any issues with those and if so what do you recommend it to extract those bolts.

I got only 100 hp tune on my 6.6 and that thing pops just from trying to pass somebody. Should I plug it . I hate limp mode ..

I don't even know how it fit backwards I tried to put mine backwards just to see and it wouldn't even fit it the trust bearing only fit one way on mine had me second guessing myself lol

Always wanted this very same setup, (LBZ= best), and regular cab short box for minimal weight. But for all that work and towing compromise to modify to short box, is all you saved like 50-100 Lbs over long box? I want a truck that can do it all- drag race, get groceries, and tow massive loads safely and reliably! I believe I specked out a reg cab long box 4X4 @ around 5800lbs! Is this correct, or did you over-calculate your truck's weight some how? My next one will remain a long box I guess, as a long box will have longer wheelbase for more stability towing, and better aerodynamics with my special homebuilt aero bed canopy. (Basically tapers downward from rear of cab to a couple inches beyond tailgate, giving that superior raindrop aero shape). I love your truck (and dedication to make it one of a kind!), but quite surprised it doesnt weigh less than that! My '02 Crew Cab short box 2wd with loaded LT interior and LB7 was 6,2xx lbs., are you sure yours is only 500lbs lighter than an LT Crew Cab 2wd? Perhaps the LBZ/ beefier 6sp Allison weighs more than the LB7/5spd Allison? Whats your opinion? Thanks, awesome truck!
