Hi Sweetie! Your hair turned out Great after all that WORK it was worth it! I do have a suggestion about Coloring - maybe take a break from the multi Hue route while you have the benefit of the Keratin treatment on your hair? That way you wouldn’t be processing your hair so much at the same time? When you get a haircut next that will take off more of the multi colored part and maybe your Stylist could just give you some overall Hi-Low Blonde highlights which would be easier on your hair and let you enjoy the benefit of the Keratin treatment. I remember your Wedding video and your hair was kind of like that and looked Awesome that way too! Doesn’t Shiny and Silky feel terrific like you can’t stop TOSSING your Head?? 😂❤️💕😻

Thank youuu my friend!!! I'm pretty impressed with the result. It's so silky!!! I doubt it will stay like this for 12 weeks BUT even if it just keeps frizz at bay for a few weeks, that would be awesome. I'll definitely do an update video in about a week. I have a color appointment at the end of November (right before my BIG MILESTONE birthday... 40) and I have very exciting plans for it. Very different from anything I've done before so this actually worked out so great because my stylist will have practically a clean slate. I felt immediately after doing this that I wouldn't do it again... BUT I think next year I will do this again, maybe in late September so I have a healthy and clean slate for November hair colour 🎨

Yes, I actually I’m happy with my results as well. I think that by the time you get your hair done, Lori, for your birthday, it will be at the very end of its time frame of working. You definitely can tell that the hair is a lot stronger and healthier than what it was previously. It actually blew me away. I didn’t expect it to work.

It's interesting how that's what you took from this. My message here is letting people know it's okay not to put so much pressure on themselves. Goals are important, accomplishing those goals feels amazing, you just don't have to accomplish every goal you set, the day you set it.

Honestly, you can send this to them. I think there many people that need this reminder. It's so easy for people to get caught up in thinking their family or friends need to have it all figured out, on their timeline BUT truth is, we are all on our own timeline and are learning lessons every day ❤️

Yes!!! It's very important to wet the mushroom each time. You want to squeeze the water out a few times, you don't want it to be heavy with too much water, but it must be damp.

You are so on point here, my beautiful friend ❤️ If we keep RUNNING to find happiness, we will absolutely PASS by it and not even realize it. It's so easy to "try" to look for "things" and/or "people" to bring us happiness but that's never going to happen if we don't first find JOY in the little things within ourselves. For example, I stubbed my toe last night and it hurt but then I laughed because it was my baby toe and that sucker is so small, I don't understand how it can catch on anything 😅
