They cut ties with you because you tried to hold them responsible for anti-biblical behavior regarding their ministries. Most people will crush a fellow Christian because they see themselves and their ministry as more important than a fellow brother. They just sacrificed you for their own benefit. You did the right thing. That ALWAYS comes with a heavy cost. You did your part. Leave their punishment to Christ. I have extensive experience in the type of situation you are dealing with. I know how much it hurts. Those people are no longer a part of your life and ministry. That is most likely a gift from God to you. If their church is living in sin, God will deal with it.
