I have taught on this often. Not flesh and blood means not flesh and blood. Governments are flesh and blood men. God is not in covenant with ANY nation other than Israel.

"spirit" as in actual spiritual entities is quite another. A nation accepts or rejects God one person at a time. There is no collective salvation, right? When the Jewish remnant is saved at the end, they will be saved *to a person*, as in each and every person will be saved individually. As for the USA being a "Christian nation", I've laughed at that for years. Our constitution is mostly beautiful and is in direct contrast to our country's part in the slave trade, its treatment of Native Americans, and on and on. The three-fifths compromise, Dred Scott, and other things continue to be a stain on our country.
