You could have been greater still. But you had not the courage to be loyal. Only the conviction of your own vanity.

7:52 SPOCK: "Sybok, you are my brother, but you do not know me. I am not the outcast boy you left behind those many years ago. Since that time, I have found myself, and know my place and who I am." As Spock says those words, he stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Kirk, with McCoy close nearby.

So you mean to tell me, that when this bloke, went from being a youthful, vigorous, dashing and fair 18 year old, that when he aged 7 years he didn't progress into a 25 year old still relatively young and strong stallion, but instead he aged so terribly that he morphed into an aching, worn out, 55 year old Kevin Costner!? Faaark me, life must have been hard on them troopers in the old yanky West.

The prince was guy, and Elizabeth was definitely not " frigid" with men like Robert Dudely, Earl of Leicester.

I absolutely like this movie. However the post ending thoughts are not comfortable….imagine what will everyone say: where did Joe take William Parish just before he died. Joe will probably be under a huge enquiry as he was last seen with William before he died. Plus Drew will probably launch another enquiry as Joe never was from tax office……another one: how did the body of the guy at the cafe disappeared from the morgue for so long as Joe took his body…..and how come the guy came alive again when there were so many witnesses to the accident on the road that happened…..

Movies will never be this good again. Too many pussies in the world cry over the fact that there’s not enough gays or blacks in a film.

For drama, tension, resolution, economy of script, grand slam serving dialogue and sheer dread ("You were Norfolk, the dead have no titles."), there are not many scenes to rival this, it just stays in your mind.

Walsingham:They will forget.Except for thinly veiled royalist propaganda with you as the obvious villain and Elizabeth as a firm but fair ruler. Especially in the time of Elizabeth the 2nd. I'll also be played by a better actor than you. Norfolk:Huh?

Funny how we take death so seriously to make such masterpieces yet we kill to eat burgers etc every single day… some even spray us to depopulate us. Great civilisation we have…

This, this right here is what they call movie magic. When will we ever get that back? The iconic scenes, where background effects, music, and dialog all form together perfectly into an epic and unforgettable moment that lasts for years down the road. Sadly, it seems the days of this magical enchantment known as movie magic is slowly dying out.

Well I have some ideas. During the fight the girls were humming the music, that music comes from STAR TREK, there are 10 movies, The Dark Crystal by Jim Henson, Labyrinth with David Bowie, Farscape, Babylon 5, Krull, Fire and Ice by Ralph Bakshi, Field of Dreams, Pale Rider with Clint Eastwood, Tombstone with Kurt Russell, The Time Bandits. & that's off the top of my head! Please try Time Bandits it is a very fun movie. Enjoy!
