In order to start this business you needed 1-2 million. So for 99% of the population, its not achievable until you get to that 1%, then this video might be more useful.

Great video, David Heacock. Excited to see your next upload from you. I smashed that thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! Your insights on building a sales team from the ground up were truly enlightening. How do you plan to adapt your sales strategies in response to the evolving needs of your B2B clients in the coming years?

SKO is always like the NFL Draft for a company. All the hopes and dreams laid out for your team with nothing to dampen the excitement for the work to be done. So fun!

Great video as always. Excited to see the Black Friday episode, definitely something a lot of companies don't want to share behind the scenes of because of how "chaotic" it usually seems.

Thanks! Yes peak days can be chaotic, and historically have been big challenges for us. But we’re getting better at planning, and hope to share some of the lessons in that next week! But when you’re in early stages, it can be chaotic and honestly that’s ok. Just as long as you are delivering on your customer promise at the end of the day.

Good video! Do the sales procedures you are putting in place come from the advice of the trainer? or do you take the information provided and then implement procedures yourself? Thanks!

My dad had an apartment in his factory because he worked 24/7. I have so much respect for anyone who wants to build a product and make it in America. We need more of this.

These are great videos! Really like the whole having a moral compass, got tired of working for companies ripping people off.

Joe is literally the last person to tell someone to smoke weed, he literally has said on his podcast RECENTLY that it should be carefully experimented with because some people can have bad psychiatric breaks after high doses of marijuana. You’re either watching a very old episode of the podcast or listening to a hater of his to say Joe is wrong about weed cause he’s never explicitly stated anyone should smoke weed for any particular reason.

so the barrier to entry is having enough money to live for two years without making a dime... totally doable if you have rich parents or a family business to take over but not realistic for most people.. thanks for nothing dave

Your site sells 20x20x1 MERV 8 filters in bulk for around 6 bucks a piece. HD sells it for about 4 bucks a piece. I don't get it.

Starting from 0. How is that? If you have two years in which you don't really worry about money while you try to build up your business?! I would not call that from 0. Many people could and would start their own businesses if they had money to not worry about anything for at least two years. But anyways, congrats on your success!

Cutting that filter material produces nasty fibers in the air if you don't thoroughly filter your own air you'll end up in a class-action and lose your 20M a month. I don't see any heavy duty HVAC in your factory.

The point is: One the one hand if you smoke twice a month weed. It shouln't be a Problem. Same with Alcohol. On the other hand if you try to consistently poision yourself it is definitely a problem. You wouldn't be able to achive things. So question davidfilterbuy do you drink alcohol? We have to hold you also accountable to your own standards.

Weed has never affected my mental state. If you want something you’re gonna work for it whether you smoke or not. Don’t be self righteous because you threw up the first time you smoked.
