My light is on but the snow doesn't circulate. Does anyone know how to disassemble a Raz

The motor for the recirculating snow lasts a few seasons at best, then stops working. I don't understand this, as my cat's water bowl has a recirculating water pump that runs daily now for several years. Please redesign your pump system, for happier customers :).

I keep coming back to this video every year as a reminder of how to make bows! One thing I am reminded is to fold more loops than you might think you need, even if you’re making a small bow (with shorter loops), because it looks more full.

What is a fix for when the glitter stops swirling. Ours lasted about 2 months, made a lot of noise, and then stopped working. The light comes on, but no swirling glitter. Tried turning it upside down and tapping the bottom in case glitter was blocking the magnet, but no luck. Help please.
