Just as everyone is professing their love for Eloy, these amazing Joey drum cams appear out of nowhere to show us who the king really was. This footage is absolute gold! ❤

I know it is a long shot, but they went to Latin America for the first time during this cycle. Do you have anything from Venezuela? September 20th, 2005. That's the only time I was able to see him live!

Fran - thanks so much for posting, as many others have mentioned. Sorry to ask - do you have ANYTHING from the San Francisco show? May 13, 2004 at the Regency. It was my first concert at age 14 and I don't think they were originally scheduled to play there as the early tour promotional items didn't show the city - only the Sacramento date, instead. I would be forever grateful if you had anything to upload. THANK YOU!

@@warwick02 I definitely was there! I’m pretty sure I do. Be patient with me as I am just plowing through hundreds of tapes and digitizing them all. Be on the lookout for more. I also shot tons of photos you can see on my IG @franstrine

Together with the many iconic photos of slipknot you have taken over the last 25 years, this is also a great shot from the Jägermeister'04 tour. Recordings of these have become really rare. Thank you for sharing with us fans.

I was Joey's driver for a time in 2009. My son is a big fan , knowing that Joey gave me a cymbal from that kit to give to my son. Joey was a good man. He truly appreciated his fans. RIP #1

This guy was a freak of nature. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY else sounds like him. Joey's drumming always has this infectious, frantic energy that is so exhilarating, and very rarely executed with such technique and showmanship. Really miss him
