His story shows us that we all fall for whatever reason but we should always pick ourselves back up again and move forward with Christ who Himself fell many times , with His Holy Cross, on His way to Calvary. Priests need a LOT of prayer… they love the Lord and they want to please Him but they’re human with human weaknesses and Satan will attack them from their weak points. My heart goes out to them. P.S. I pray for priests every day. They go through temptations all the time. May God protect them from all evil. ✝️✝️✝️😇

Dear Father Mike, Wow I have been writing to you several times since I have first found your video on KZbin but I know it was not my doing but The Lord because I am a Christian who has same sex attraction and who is married to a man who is my same sex but I have started attending the Catholic Church for the very first time and the utter destain by all of the congregation has been too much for me to bear with and yet today after recovering from an illness I stumbled upon this video!) I am and I have refrained from any sexual contact with my husband due to his illness over the past few years and after realizing that I was committing a sin I have been feeling pretty poorly about returning to the church! Thank you for your help in this matter and reaffirming my thoughts and prayers!

Trying to say this with the most kindness and respect that I can. This is one of the most poor arguments I have ever heard. You cannot say that the Catholic church is true because Jesus started it, first of all because it was not always known as the Catholic church from the beginning, but also because you are depending on the perfectness of man which is simply not there. You are going to tell me the Catholic church is true when they scared people into buying indulgences with money to save their dead and living out of fear? Not to mention the countless other mistakes, idol worship of relics and etc. You are going to tell me that is of God and that is the markings of a true church? As a reluctant protestant I must say that is detestable. I wish the Catholic church were true, or the Orthodox, or any, and that it could all be one and whole for all Christians, but that simply doesn't exist. Your argument is as poor of that as the Mormons stating that the Book of Mormon exists and so it must be true therefore Joseph Smith was a true prophet. And they claim to be the restoration of the original church. Please please use some better theology than this. I have been honestly looking for some true and valid reasoning for if the Catholic church is possibly true but to give reasoning like this hurts your argument more than anything to prospective searches of truth.
