We need exos 10!!!!!

have had this pair for years and they were working just fine up until today. wouldn't stay paired, and now they are stuck emitting a buzzing noise. I am unable to turn them off or reset them, and there is nothing in the manual to help me with this issue.

I'm so happy I spent $600 for a pair of these.. now that the battery in one just randomly died and now needs to be permanently plugged into the wall. How can you design and market an EXPENSIVE piece of equipment and not offer ANY support or replacement parts? You've totally abandoned this product after a few years? NEVER will buy Aiwa again.

I too like several others posting here have 2 Exos-9s - they are by far the best bluetooth speakers I have owned. I simply could not believe the sound from the first one I unpacked.

What I assume to be the successor to these, the ESTM-500, is the best pair I've ever personally had. Great audio quality, good materials and build, and simple usage. I use it with both my Xiaomi phone and a 2007 iPod classic.

Amazing box. But the battery is dead for good after 2 years. With no sign of getting a replacement. No longer portable :(

Best earbuds I've ever owned

As a loyal EXOS 9 owner, I went on to purchase the prodigy air 2's, then just received these ARC 1 ANC's yesterday. I have compared them to some Sony WH-CH710 (50% more $$ than the Aiwa's!), and these Aiwa's have much better mids and highs. Bass is about the same as the Sony's as well. No question, these Aiwa's sound much better to me and for less money. Definitely has that accurate "AIWA" sound I was hoping they would. Very happy with these! At 100$ these are simply awesome headphones. AIWA's customer service is also second to none. They have taken care of me and then some every time I have reached out. I've never been a brand loyal type of individual but AIWA is unquestionably my go-to audio brand.

2022 still no substitute in sound quality ..

The exos 9 is a flagship Bluetooth speaker so, I'm sure the exos 3 will fit right in.....bout to go pick one up now

I’ve owned so many Bluetooth earbuds I couldn’t even count.. These earbuds are the best sound quality earbuds EVER. 10/10. And no I am in no way paid to say this. I wouldn’t even consider it..

I just got mine the other day because my ARC-1 without ANC broke. I was very disappointed. They don't sound very good. The bass is lacking and at high volume they distort. Why did you stop using the cellulose drivers?

These don't deserve the ARC-1 name. They are not the same. And aren't as good sounding.

I would love for your company to create something to compete with the sonos move and bose home. I faith in the aiwa brand. I have an exos 9, exos 3, and Air max ear buds. I love them all but would gladly pay for something in the same range as those two aforementioned speakers.

I really appreciate the honest business approach of this company. I own the arc 1 and for its price it was a bargain PLUS I have the good feeling supporting people who deserve being supported.

Are there any firmware updates for the exos-3? Also heard the all black sounds better than the red/black?

My Aiwa arc1 headphones band broke in half poor build quality. Aiwa replaced them with arc1 NC The sound is not good as the original arc1 they had a beautiful sound signature as you see here in the commercial even Aiwa acknowledged mylar speaker don't produce good sound! but what do you know Aiwa Put that same cheap mylar speaker in the all new Aiwa arc1 NC headphones to save cost.I'm ashame of Aiwa manufacturing and quality control process your better then this. you guys rolled out a all new headphones and you guys drop the ball both times.I'm sorry awia I can't trust your product anymore its about money with you guys. Bring back Aiwa 1990 CEO. that's what we love and remember that Awia sound not this.i hope to see the real Aiwa soon.

I own the exos 9. Still a beast 4 years later...i hope the exos 3 will be the same and low level listening fixed with a firmware

I have and love a lot of Aiwa products. Exos 9, Prodigy Air, ARC -1 headphones. Bought my wife a set of these and she loves them. Want to buy myself a pair but the link takes me to a website set up page. And I am not paying $20 shipping from Imagiroo on Amazon.
