Can I Delete A Weather Station After Creating From The Console ? How ? Please, Let Me Know !

This should be updated. Removing power and tapping the 'R' button on the back and holding until the display blanks out seems to do the same thing. Also there is a software menu that comes up on the screen now as soon as you tap the 'P' button with a reboot option. Davis needs to clarify these two alternate reboot modes.

I own this product, and like it... But??? you have to keep it plugged in all the time. The Internal Battery is only good for 1 day. Very disturbing all the advertising / video's show it sitting there without the chord being plugged in. Has anyone used a USB-C Battery Back to make it standalone. The Old Console can run 6 months on 3 C-Batteries.

If you are going to leave old videos like this up, at least allow this feature to work or tell how to replace it. The API documentation is really confusing for something that should be simple and easy to do.

Hello, I can succeed to move my air link to my console. No pb, I can see the value of the captor of my air link to my console, with my vantage pro 2 too. But I can't succeed to add this data to the main display page of my console. I can change and choose the display by choosing one of my vantage captor (rain, UV, etc.) But when I choose Air Quality, my console can find my Air quality captor ? Could you please help me ?

Wow Ya'll are proud of that little screen! I'm not sure that price range is worthwhile to many. If it will work with an original display as a secondary it might work for some users.

If I want compare multiple years?

I have the Vantage Vue . It's 2 to 3 degrees too hot during the day and is 2 to 7 degrees too cold on cold windless nights . No matter where I put the station on my property , high or lower in height , the same discrepancies in temperature happens. I had my unit sent back to Davis to check out the temp sensor but they sent it back with the thought nothing is wrong with it and it is calibrated correctly . Well I'm tired of it (Temperature) with being gigged by CWOP quality check, thus failing Q check. Also the wind speed/Direction is constantly fails Qcheck. It is way too expensive to have this happening . So I bought a Tempest WeatherFlow to use and to see if the same temps/Wind happen as with the Davis . Not happy with the high money paid for the Vue . AS of right now I do not recommend anyone to purchase one.

Is it possible to have the new console and the WeatherLink Live attached to the same site in the cloud? As both devices are reporting the same data which one will be used on the web ? Or both ?

As you add this feature, does it mean that the new console has now the exact same functionnalities as the WeatherLink Live ?

Just so u know -- I called Davis. The guy I spoke with said the airlink is incompatible with the new console and that it won't work for anyone till it gets a firmware update

Hey Davis, you guys gotta get a daily high wind reading viewable on the main display, it's the single most looked at data when many of us look at the station during active weather!!

I have three rain gauges and they all overestimate by up to 8 or even 10% compared to the reference manual rain gauge (SPIEA) with each moderate to heavy rain. I tried calibrating the screw and that did not correct the problem. Based on reports, this does not seem to be an isolated problem. Improve the quality and especially the stability of your rain gauges because they overestimate far too much...

How is the outdoor sensor powered?

I've sent 2 emails asking how I can show the Solar Radiation on the main screen. Crickets! And nothing here about how to configure what is displayed on the main screen. It's like development has stopped. This display, while more attractive, seems to have been rushed out with many glaring deficiencies making it less useful than its B/W predecessor (especially for those of us who were already invested in wifi and logger capabilities). Has the irreversibility of improper initial device configuration (requiring a complete reset) even been resolved (and don't just answer that and call it a day).

Why not have an app for an iPad or smart phone connected to the weather station instead of a costly proprietary screen? My outdoor lighting and sprinkler systems have this feature and they work quite well.

Same question as @curtisrouse2615, how do you adjust wind speed. I can see the option for wind direction adjustments but not wind speed.
