Crying early in the morning listening. I don’t know if it’s years of joy or pain but hearing Harris and these men in this video sing bring out something in me. APACHE POWER baby! We’re still here and shall remain and help heal ourselves and the world together as one. Renewal is on the way!

One of the corner stone teachings is to learn the myriad skills of life that allow you to live life and apply them to help your community live life. The film depicts the application of ones life skills and power in an older traditional community, but it can be applied to a modern community for positive development, or selfishly applied to undermine the life of a community. RIP Ronnie Lupe.

We need to cherish these times, sometimes I think we are a bit spoiled, with the knowledge that is graced upon us, by so many well taught elders.. I miss my elders..

Yeah i agree with the fat part. They just let go but i try to keep myself fit because i can ride a horse. The tipi is a thing we sometimes use, Gironimo yes he was a hero to all the Apache people and was feared by the whites people, the mexican had to just let it go because it was to dangerous to look for the Apache people(thank you for the support)

Both my great grandparents and grandparents are indigenous Americans, mostly being white mountain apache. But my grandmother is very old. An my grandfather is very withdrawn from himself. It's hard to learn about parts of myself an my family, when I can't even ask them. Growing up I had no idea who I was and thanks to my mother I'm very whitewashed. Sometimes I wish I had known sooner an maybe I could have tried too learn something, anything. But maybe now I can do my best to learn. Even if it may seem too late.
