Yes you are right, I put so much glue , about 3 times on inside and one out side , just to really reanforce it , this glue is very strong and creates a fix permanent bond, in the video i did not show all the gluing because it was boring and is time consuming, on the outside i had to sanded down and prepared for paint ,, thank you very much for your time watching

Does it really sound like they say ? They don't look so impressive. Linear Power speakers by Pioneer are different.

Sorry for delay, I have seen all the videos with gigatube on youtube including mine, and believe me none of them are recording the true sound, for a stereo system so small this is a monster, the bass is incredible you will hear it , the neighbours will hate you, the walls are vibrating, and all the cameras and phones including iphone 15 pro max will not record the deep bass that this system produces, i have a lot of hi-fi systems but this is my no1 on the list so far

Bonjour, incroyable, mieux que celui d'origine.J'en ai un aussi, je vous en ai parlé il y a quelques mois quand vous avez commencé la réparation.Maleureusement, une des k7 ne fonctionne pas et j'ai démonté le cd pour le graisser en suivant votre vidéo et maintenant il ne lit plus les cd. je l'ai donné à réparer mais le réparateur n'a pas réussi et j'ai du le payer pour qu'il le regarde.Voila maintenant les 2 kt et le cd ne fonctionne plus et personne en France ne sait le réparer. J'aimerais vous envoyer la partie K7 et cd pour que vous les repariez. On peut trouver un moyen pour que je paye votre travail, je vous envoie l'argent avec les pièces à réparer ou je vous fais un virement.Merci de vôtre réponse, Antonio

I am so sorry to hear this, sorry I responded so late, for me this is a hobby, i am at work all day and is very hard to do those videos, the purpose was to help people just like you because it happened to me too,i really appreciate you asking my help, so i will try to find you a cd unit to replace , I don’t promise because is very hard but if I succeed i will send it , please tell me exactly the model number of the panasonic because there are Asia and Europe models and they are different

The kill sw is controled by the big gear that aligned the cobra clutch it’s simple there are two plastic pins on that gear one is longer, very perfect to push on the switch so midle is power to one side is presence sensor and the remaining is the rgb , power is on presence sensor when the cobra is closed and the rgb is not powered and reverse when the cobra is open the presence sensor module in not powered onand the rgb is powered on

Good question,, the sw is telling the microprocessor that the laser assembly is all the way back to center of cd or 0 so that the power to the motor that move the assembly is stopped, if the switch fails the motor brings the laser assembly back to 0 and keeps running until something burns or brakes, in times all sw oxidaize and need to be cleaned

The cassette mechanism is full autostop system the good stuff, overall construction is good , i love the all around wu-meters , nice eq, but the speakers are missing the high, this a major drawback the speakers in my opinion, I added a pear off twitters and everything changed now is sounding decent,,, back in the day the market was flooded with cheap units some were very bad some tried to be a little bit different, the golden era of boomboxes slowly dies , thank you for time , more videos coming soon

That’s right, those were the times, I have an original sharp that is similar to all of those including this osaka , but inside all are different, some are mono. , and the other stereo , I don’t have any mono hi hi so far😁faith, but back in early 90’s ho own one was the guy and invited to all parties 😎, thank you for your support, stay tuned for more videos

This unit was saved from destruction, but unfortunately the damage was extensive and in order to save it some modifications was made and a little upgrade a little bluetooth , some rgb music controled lights, nice wu-meters, new paint , new hand made speakers protection nets, new belts, beautiful rings arrond the speakers, the list is long but , The SOUND is amazing , kzbin.info/www/bejne/n3K6ZGmkfrNjgK8si=xcwB8Vdwh11jcLqj. 視聴させて頂きました。同じ製品でも日本と海外では仕様に違いがあるんですね。もう30年以上前の製品ですのでパーツの供給もなくジャンク品も含めて6台しておりますが、厄介なのはリモコン(RAK-RX103WH)がないとマジカルコブラトップのセンサー解除と外部入力の切り替えができません。今のところこのリモコンの入手が非常に困難で、市場に出てもかなりの高額になっているのが頭の痛いところです。続きの動画も期待しております。

Yes you are correct, the remote is very expensive ,kzbin.info/www/bejne/n3K6ZGmkfrNjgK8si=xcwB8Vdwh11jcLqj. , I got lucky too find one, if you have the patience and a little time, in the end i think this unit is worth saving, now is in my top 5 boombox that i love , the parts are not hard to finde, and is not hard to service , in 30 years this panasonic dt75 was the only one that I got, pretty rare and if they appear are expensive and are broken so , if you decide to repair one i will answer all you’re question , thank you for your support

Yes , a very good sharp copy , I think there were some parts available and they had to sell them somehow, nice sound but you have to play with the eq, and is very loud, this is a ghetto blaster , depending on the size of the room , it can sound great or not , and it has instruments in , that’s for the suport

Good question,,, yes later on because the unit is heating up right below the cobra mechanism,and the unit is not seated on flat surfaces, a problem developed, the clutch slips and cobra has trouble opening or closing it needed a little help , as soon as the unit cools down everything is ok , so i open the clutch assembly and add a drop off steaky white grease , like the cassette tape open door delay mechanism,everything is working perfectly now

When the unit is open for repair noise from cobra gears is present,if it remember correctly, only for opening, i grease everything I adjusted the axle but the noise is there only when the unit is open , I think this is normal operation, my advice is clean,grease, and if you repair the clutch every thing is going to work a long time , good luck with your project

The speaker foams is not foam is a cloth and silicon formed mix fabricated by hand, by a craftsman, they are looking a little strange because they seethed face to face on transport and i filmed in the same day , but they returned to normal a couple days later, and they sound amazing, if you don’t believe me check the final presentation video , i love the sound and the final result enjoy,kzbin.info/www/bejne/d3O2mnyMaq6lmdEsi=KLdX-UA8wC4fGCxS

I have a bad news , the craftsman sad it no longer works so can’t help you, but maybe you find some replacement foam on ebay that you can order, good luck with your repair
