If any of the parents have Finnish citizenship, the newborn baby gets Finnish citizenship. Otherwise he or she has to apply to their own nationality.

Hi! someone knows if the Certificate of the insurance is issued by Swisscare or the name that appear in the document is from the insurance company in the country where you will be? In my case, It would be more helpful if the name is that of the actual operating insurance company and not just 'Swisscare' (to make it easier for my visa approval). Thanks in advance

You should contact to the Church at first to verify if the certificate is real. Then get a written statement from church or from local ministry about the marriage certificate, then send the letter to the Embassy of Finland and tell them about the certificate.

You do not have to pay 3 years fees at a time. If you change your study permit to work permit, you need to pay tuition fees.
