Hii brother 1) does vocational courses require all IELTS DUOLINGO PTE certificates? 2) documents should be shared directly to the university we are applying via pdf format such as bank balance certificates, statements, sops , funds etc right ??

1. You need to check from the university requirement. Every vocational school might have different requirement. 2. It depens on the university.
