Nothing wrong with the old headers You own them Just throw the parts in them They do the job Yes it’s nice to have big new gear But it depends on your operation Have a great XMAS

The trouble is the farmer is on a treadmill and if he doesn’t keep up he’ll wake up at end of his career with 2000 acres instead of 20,000 acres unable make a good living.
@ashleyflint35012 күн бұрын
Unfortunately it is left to the locals to continue supporting their local community and the community is only going to continue to shrink , all thanks to the technology and size of machinery, think, in 10 years time there will be 80 to 100 ft header fronts and airseeders and 200 ft boomsprays, wont be many farmers left, so great work by the current Locals, stiff shit for the ones left in 20 years as there may be 6 of you left, conversations will be short, hey ?

Your right, but what to do about it, Ashley?

@@BenCrosthwaite1 Dont be greedy and bring back share farmers, after all at the end of the day you are only making a living, sure, you can be the biggest landowner, own 50 farms if thats what some guys want, but learn to share again like the sixties and seventies era . There is a western movie called Angle and the Bad Man with John Wayne, perhaps it wouldnt hurt a few people to watch this movie.

BEN,is that going about 18 bags/acre?. you've got a heap of straw.
@BenCrosthwaite114 күн бұрын
It’s been a good year. Most people are getting 3 to 4t ha and, in some cases, up to 5t ha, which is unheard of in this country.
@flatoutt114 күн бұрын
@@BenCrosthwaite1 ben ,we were getting along well ,till you went metric on me. 18 bags =1.5 tons/acre = 3.8 tons/ha ..looks like management and rain because that crop is uniform and as clean as a whistle. well done .bet you have a good team as well. contracting in queensland around roma years ago on 7720's 24 ft front in a 12 bag crop ,with about half that straw we could just get about 20 acres/hr .flat stick

So... you're showing a whole day of work in Australia. NOBODY was eaten by a crocodile. NOBODY was bitten by a black mamba, green mamba, yellow mamba, orange mamba, striped mamba, or even spotted mamba. NOBODY was kicked by a kangaroo. NOBODY was poisoned by a poisonous flower. The people are called Rob and Chris, not Stan-o and Jonsey. WHERE THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!? OHIO!?!? Horrible whitewashing of Australia. **shaking head**
