Another great video and story Ben, what's the approximate distance between Erangy springs farm and Mt Erin please?

I noticed a trailer behind the header. What is that for?

Collecting all the weed seeds. The latest headers have a seed destructor mounted on the back of the header.

I enjoy your videos Ben. However, I do think that a bit of editing would enhance them. Some sections drag on for too long.

I’ll keep working on it.😊

What breed of sheep do they raise and where do they get pastured during the growing season ? Thanks.

It is a self-replacing flock, so everything is born on the place and hand-fed during the Mar, April, and May, with a lot of surplus sheep sold from July to Oct depending on the market. The sheep are Merino’s.

watching video and thinking, how often do you see snakes around that farm? do you have snake antivenom? doctors must be far away from you ... what about animals ? do they get bitten?

Snakes in this country are not much of a worry. They are too busy trying to get away from you. Tiger snakes in Esperance are nasty, especially if you get between them and some frogs.
