Some give Sonic's speed more credit than it is. Many try to put him at speeds I highly doubt SEGA/Sonic Team would agree with. Sonic's normally known as a guy who can move at supersonic speed, so Mach 1 to Mach 5. In fact in a Japanese Sonic Adventure guidebook they claimed Sonic's max speed was Mach 1.2 or 921.6 mph. However, since then it seems SEGA/Sonic Team has been making him faster and while he's still typically moving around at supersonic speeds during his adventures, there are occasions where it's clear he can reach the speed of light and a tad faster when he wants to. Like when chasing after the Cyan Laser Wisp. Not all see dodging something like lasers in fiction as an automatic light speed feat, because many creators just think it's a cool scene rather than do it and know what it means, however, in Sonic Lost World we get a confirmed statement that when in laser mode, these Cyan Wisps are light speed and Sonic claims that it's almost as fast as him, meaning Sonic would be seen as faster than light here by a tad bit, since he does again, claim it's "almost" as fast as him. Now, some may call this an outlier, but SEGA/Sonic Team til this day continue to bring up Sonic and the speed of light, most recently being in a Twitter Q&A, where they were asked about Sonic being a worm and Tail's replying back saying "imagine a worm traveling at light speed" which has Eggman reply with "I don't know Tails, I'm not sure if Sonic would keep his speed" Now while we're talking about base Sonic, I will have to say Super Sonic may be a different story. While Super Sonic's speed is mostly talked about SEGA/Sonic Team as "Almost the speed of light" or "the Speed of light", we do get them saying in a crossover with Fist of the North Star: LEGENDS ReVIVE(which is a SEGA game) they claimed Super Sonic's speed was "incomprehensible," meaning his speed is not able to be understood.

I love all 3 of these games. I remember I got a Wii for my birthday back in 2010. Mario Kart Wii, Spongebob's Boating Bash, Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, Wii Sports, and Wii Sports Resort were my first batch of games on that console. I remember seeing the trailer to It Takes Two and thinking the game looked great. I was hoping that a lot of gamers wouldn't sleep on it since the gaming community loves being negative towards new games that come out, and I'm so glad they weren't. After playing It Takes Two, I played A Way Out that same year.

@SnapChaos Have you played Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons ? Josef Fares (Director of A Way Out and It Takes Two) worked on that game as well. It got a remake earlier this year. I haven't played it. I did play the original back in 2022, though. The original game came out back in 2013.

@@Cousin_Trent correction, ps5 runs at same rate as low end pc. That is the top end of consoles. There are just entirely too many things better about pc. The only reason you should buy a console is if your budget is 600$ or less and if all you care about is gaming, you can’t manage a pc due to not being responsible, and even if your budget is 600 and you want to do ANYTHING but gaming go with pc

The console wars have been over. PlayStation is better than Xbox. Xbox gets carried by gamepass. PC is overall better than all consoles but it is more expensive. Most people agree with this and anybody who doesn’t is delusional.

Even being a PlayStation player, there’s no better console, it’s all opinion and choice you choose your exclusive and you choose your game services. If you like PlayStation use a PlayStation, if you like Xbox use an Xbox, if you like Nintendo, use a Nintendo, and if you like PC use a PC. It’s all choice and that’s why there’s no war, no console or pc is better than another it’s just how you view it. And crossplay exists so people can play together no matter the device.

It’s because of the covenant grind. DS1 has the easiest covenant grind out of the original three games. DS3 is by far the worst of them when it comes to the grind. DS2 has the lowest 100% rate due to the game simply just not being nearly as good. Elden Ring’s achievements are mostly complete after 1 playthrough. There’s no grind
