@@Gakuloid I wish. She's that expensive BECAUSE there isn't any good card draw outside of her. If you bring her out, you'll want to put card draw back in. You could do "dinner bell" I think is what it's called. But it's an item, uninkable and sacks your characters for the card draw, just strictly worse in every aspect.

you must have some devistatingly good players at your locals. I know how to play around Emerald Steel too, and I still lose to it 70% of the time haha

There's several key features that go into why Diablo is good, too much to get into in a comment. But a few big ticket things are that he can be played as early as turn 1 if you wanted, his shift target gets to look at your opponents hand so you get to know if playing Diablo shift is safe or not before doing it, he draws a card every time your opponent draws a card (this is what really makes him so good - you opponent spends a bunch of time and resources to eventually allow themselves to draw extra cards, let's say 6 extra, and oops, you get to also draw 6 extra cards.. for free, no effort).

​@@WintersLorcana if you would recommend a few cards for a amber/steel deck I have in mind for "flood of puppies" I want to get as many dalmatians out as possible with maybe pongo or perdita, and then steel would be the bodyguards and units of the crew? @WintersLorcana Blurple is fun to use Merlin's Carpetbag to recycle the lamp and Amethyst Steel for removal. But most of the color combinations give you a 2 drop Jafar or genie
